This research design is effective for their research because it considers the development of the service management literature on compliance models, and it helps determine research gaps. The weaknesses of their research design are poor validity and reliability in generating conclusions and sampling research issues. They cannot generalise their findings too because of lack of empirical information that can provide tested results on compliance models. Kasabov and Warlow (2010) did not present their research design anymore, such as what systematic reviews normally do, but they did try to adopt numerous studies on customer compliance. Their sampling includes studies conducted from the 1990s to the 2000s, with more studies on the 1990s. This range of references shows extensive consideration to the development of the literature, but more recent articles and studies are necessary to ensure the relevance of their findings. Without further details on their research design, however, it is hard to replicate their methods and to come up with the same conclusions, which reduced the article’s reliability (Wilson, 2010: 116). A careful analysis of the arguments and use of sources is needed to explore the reliability and validity of their claims and conclusions. Kasabov and Warlow (2010) collected information about the CCBM through reviewing related literature. They have enhanced the validity of their research by including the doubts surrounding service provision and complaint management. They avoided the straw man fallacy, which happens when they only respond to weak arguments to their own claims. In order to critically evaluate their article, their main findings must be discussed. Kasabov and Warlow (2010) argued that CCBM cannot apply the same values and norms used in traditional service provisions and complaints management literature. Furthermore, they complained that current studies have not fully explored the importance and extensive applications of CCBM. I. INTRODUCTION INTRODUCTION On the job training or OJT is one method by which students is given a chance to apply the theories and computations that they have learned from the school. It also helps the students to acquire relevant knowledge and skills by performing in actual work setting. Colleges and universities require their students to undergo such training within a specific number of hours as part of the curriculum. For the students, an OJT or internship program provides opportunities to go through the actual methodologies of a specific job using the real tools, equipments and documents. In effect, the workplace becomes a development venue for a student trainee to learn more about his chosen field and practice what he has learn from academy. On the other hand, an effective OJT program also benefits the companies who accept trainees. First OJT or intern provides additional manpower for a lesser labor cost than a regular employee. Most of them are all eager to learn the ropes so chances are high that they will cooperate. Employers can use this internship strategy as a method in recruiting new employees. Since the trainer or the supervisor can follow the trainees’ progress, he can gauge based on performance, behavior and attitude if the trainee will make a good recruit after the completion of his internship. This study examines an early element of federal job training policy implementation the job training plan in order to assess its effect on the fulfillment of federal policy goals. OBJECTIVES OF OJT PURPOSE This is exciting time for me to have an ON THE JOB TRAINING that will allow individuals to learn the knowledge and skills they have been hired to do. OBJECTIVES 1. The development of the internet has affected the way in which we teach and learn. Web based education is a relatively new term. There are many methods and techniques for delivering instruction through the web. Academic courses can be enhanced with web-based links, or the courses can be delivered completely on the web. By definition web-based education refers to material found on the World Wide Web which provides information to enhance a person’s knowledge (Virtual Apex Internet Solutions, 2005). Although it is a very broad term, it has just recently had a major impact on the learning development of children. Web based education includes, but is not limited to; E-learning systems, online Universities, individual classroom websites, and general research conducted with the internet (SDSM&T & Sun Microsystems, 2002). Critics argue both the pros and cons of web-based tec hnology; therefore in this paper we will present several opposing viewpoints. Within the development of web based education it is important to discuss the Web-Based Education Commission, which is very influential in the steady progress of positive web-based education (SDSM&T & Sun Microsystems, 2002). As future teachers we feel this topic is essential to being successful in the classroom. As we previously mentioned, web-based education refers to many things on the internet. One example is E-learning systems. E-learning systems refer to the use of network technologies to create, foster, deliver, and facilitate learning, anytime and anywhere (Iqbal, Jones-Harris, & Gordon, 2004). One example is Blackboard. Blackboard is an online tool for teachers and students to enhance communication and learning. Blackboard provides many tools useful to teachers. These useful tools include; discussion boards, chat rooms, quizzes, digital drop boxes to submit assignments, contact information, and much more. Personally we feel that Blackboard has had a major impact on our involvement in classes. In comparison to Blackboard, there is also WebCT. WebCT is a more elaborate example of an e-learning system. This includes; courses, assessments, communication, and content presentations comparable to Blackboard (McCormack & Jones, 2000).
